This is to notify you that, on June 1^st , 2011, Tokina Co., Ltd. will be merged into her mother company,Kenko Co., Ltd., and the new consolidated company will be denominated as “Kenko-Tokina Co., Ltd,having its head office at 3-9-19, Nishi Ochiai, Shinjuku-Ku, Tokyo 161-0031, Japan.

Although Tokina Co., Ltd. will completely vanish after the date aforementioned, her unsettled debit and credit will be taken over to the new company.
